• All students by the grading days—October 27

• Students not at proficiency by Academic Proficiency Assessment Committee (APAC) (3X per year): Before October 10, January 17 and April 10

• 3 Rounds of reading interventions offered

• Increase in % of students with an active and current goal in School Pace
• Increase in % of students growing at least one year in IRLA

• All entry requirements of the assessment
• Cold read-Record accuracy through the running record, and include the proficiency score
• Phonics checks and "tricky words" - Enter the words read correctly, are entered so we can identify the learning gaps

Timeline: All students should have an active and current reading goal in School Pace by October 27, The goal is that teachers are able to identify current student strengths and reading goals for each of their students at any time of the year.
